i just checked and the problem is because of the very first post that you posted and that you made sticky. iq2 doesn't like that (something that i learned myself ;-) ).
if you take away the very first post that you posted on your site, you will see that iq2 behaves as it should. to see what i mean you don't have to delete the first post, just make it a draft such that it doesn't show up on the page. you can later make it public again and you won't loose anything and the page goes back to like it is right now.
the thing is that iq2 was not designed for a static frontpage but it rather shows your latest photo. if you try to force a static frontpage by creating a sticky post like you did it messes up the site. right now i don't really see an easy way of achieving a static frontpage without hacking and some programming. i might however consider adding an option for a static frontpage to a future version of iq2 if this is strongly desired.
right now the only option i see for your site to look how it should is to make above said post a draft or remove it completely...
