honestly, i haven't really looked into wordpress' roles and permissions features yet. photoq doesn't really check whether you are an admin, i guess this happens implicitly. so i cannot give you an answer now.
but i will look into this soon. it is pretty high up on my list and a lot of users are asking about it.
i am currently implementing this. next version should come out next week.
This is now part of PhotoQ (as of version 1.7)
