To save me (and you!) a lot of time that is better spent improving PhotoQ please do at least the following before asking for support or reporting an error:
- please read the troubleshooting section of the product you use
- please read the requirements of the product you use
- please search this forum to see if a similar topic already exists
In order to be able to help you, people need at least to know the versions of Wordpress and PhotoQ you are using, your browser/platform combination, whether it works with batch uploads disabled and of course the potential error message you are getting. If you get an error message of any kind, it might also be helpful to know what you were trying to do just before you got the error message.
If I am able to confirm a bug that you reported, I will tag the corresponding topic with [confirmed]. Once a new PhotoQ version that corrects the bug is released, I will change the tag to [fixed-versionnumber].
Similarly, I mark features that I plan to include in the near future with [todo]. Once a new PhotoQ version that implements the feature is released, I will change the tag to [done-versionnumber].
