problem is posting photos from queue

The photo uploading is working fine for me - photos getting uploaded and they are shown in the queue. But the problem arises when I try to post from the queue. For both the options 'Post top of queue' and 'Post the whole queue', when I press these buttons, it is showing my website home page (not the admin page, but the home page) with a title "Nothing found for Wp-admin Edit Php?page=whoismanu-photoq Php". And nothin is posted.

Here are the details about the config:

WP Version: 3.0
PhotoQ Version: 1.8.3
Theme used: Viewport
Browser used: IE 7.0 in Windows XP/Google Chrome in Windows Vista

weird. and you don't have any problems with other admin pages? because as far as i can tell this looks like a problem generated through an incorrect .htaccess to me
