I cannot get a new install of PhotoQ 1.8 to work on Win2008 server using PHP 5.2.6, MySQL 5.1, and WordPress 2.8.4. Using either IE8 or FF3.5.2 I get HTTP500 error or permission error when clicking the PhotoQ plugin page and upload pictures appears to work but none uploaded and no errors return.
1. Created directory and via FTP copied code into plugin directory.
2. Created image folder imgdir in the wp-content direct
3. Created photoQCache directory in wp-content
4. After some initial problems, I set permissions for the entire wordpress directory, subdirectories, and files to 777. The cgi-bin is also now set to 777.
5. Log in as admin. Deactivated and activated plugin using IE8. When I try the same with FF3.5 I get white screen but after using back to get to WP the plugin is active.
6. Click PhotoQ under the plugin menu and get HTTP500 error with IE8 and "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." with FF3.5
I do not appear to have any other problems with my new WP install, can activate and deactive Plugins without error, publish and edit posts, etc.
Any suggestions?
