is gallery supported by photoQ? like all the photos that been posted goes also there, say i have a gallery page.

depends on how you define "supported". in principle yes as photoq only formats posts in a certain way so how you display them in your theme is completely up to you. so you can have a page where you show all the thumbs. however, you have to add this page to your theme yourself or use a theme that does so already.
i would suggest you have a look at iQ2. iQ2 has a gallery/archive page where it shows all photos posted. if you don't want to use iQ2 it can still serve you as a model of how stuff like this can be integrated into your theme.
