Homepage showing first photo ?

Hi !

Im wondering if it's possible to display the latest published post as the homepage of the PhotoQ blog instead of having a homepage with no details on the picture, and having to click somewhere, then only getting the latest photo with the full nav, comments and so on.

Basically like pixelpost behaves...
