Getting error after uploading via ftp

I've been batch uploading images and everything was fine.

Then, the posts stopped importing EXIF data and I got this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/www/users/mysite/photos/wp-content/plugins/photoq-photoblog-plugin/classes/PhotoQPhoto.php on line 824

Any ideas? Thanks.

are you running a windows server? if yes you probably also have the windows server path problem:
