thanks a lot for your offer. however, it is currently already being translated to french by someone who was a tad quicker than you.

yeah, always need translations :-) thanks.
for the french translation i however already have someone who agreed to take care of it. now obviously he is a bit lagging behind. maybe you could try to contact him first, the info is on the main photoq page.
otherwise you can also send me an updated language file and i will put in on my homepage and let him know.
i also have an eye on glotpress (http://blog.glotpress.org/). once this project matures, i will try to use it such that contributing translations becomes easier.
