When I'm going to post a photo from the que, I get a long error message which start like this:

«Failed:
phpThumb() v1.7.9-200805132119
"" does not exist
phpThumb() v1.7.9-200805132119 in file "phpthumb.class.php" on line 216»

There is also an error when my thumbnails are created that might be the problem. See an example here: http://bildr.no/image/494455.jpeg

I solved the problem by setting
$PHPTHUMB_CONFIG['prefer_imagemagick'] and
$PHPTHUMB_CONFIG['imagemagick_use_thumbnail'] to false in phpThumb.config.php

$CONFIG_ALLOW_SRC_ABOVE_DOCROOT to false in phpThumb.class.php
