I have been using WP+PhotoQ for several months with the Zack 990 theme and everything has gone very well. I wanted to try a more modern theme so I installed Autofocus and selected the appropriate preset from the Settings menu for PhotoQ. It began the resizing process but did not complete. It gave me an Internal Server Error somehwere around 10%. I checked the server logs and found this:

Now most of my images are hosed and I can't "convert" back to Zack 990 as the same errors are produced. How can I rectify this? Thanks!

One more thing, a couple times I've gotten a different error from PhotoQ. It says this:

Warning: Division by zero in /home/theophile/monopedilos.com/htdocs/photoblog/wp-content/plugins/photoq-photoblog-plugin/classes/PhotoQImageSize.php on line 43

repeated about 100 times and then this once:

{ "percentage": "77.647058823529", "message": "", "errorMessage": "" }

All right, after more investigation I found the source of the "Division by zero" error. I had the "Hide 'original' folder" option checked and for some reason, whenever I ran the rebuild process it kept changing the name of the folder. After unchecking the option and creating a bunch of symlinks, I at least have my thumbnails back. Many of the 'main' views are missing though and doing a batch rebuild continues to create the following error:

Premature end of script headers: whoismanu-photoq-ajax.php, referer: http://monopedilos.com/photoblog/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=whoismanu-photoq.php

I think this is the bottleneck. Any ideas?

first of all, sorry for your trouble.

not sure though that you are having the same problem. still, it might be good to check whether the photoQPath custom fields of photos that do not get rebuilt matches with the place of the corresponding photo on the server.

I ended up getting everything sorted out. The first problem did seem to be the "hide originals folder" bug. I believe you can reproduce it by using an auto configuration template with the option enabled. I'm sure it would have worked if not for the fact that the second problem interrupted the process.

The second problem was due to my webserver running php as a cgi module and there being some permissions problems in the cache directories. Once I used PhotoQ's fix permissions option, all was well. I do still have a couple thumbnails I have to manually point to the actual file location because the correct one didn't make it into the database, but other than that, everything is working again.

thanks for your post. ok so there really seems to be a problem with the "hide original" option if used in conjunction with an autoconfiguration file. thanks for reporting this, i will have a look soon.
