Wonderful plugin you've created.
The cron job on my server runs every 10 minutes, how do I tell the plugin that? I tried Cronjob runs every .15 hours. Is that the correct way?

I got this to work myself yesterday. Set the photoq cronjob settings to .15 and also set your host cronjob to run every 15 minutes. Note: the first post may take up to 30 min depending on the timing of these 2 settings and when your last post was. But after that it should run every 15 min.
