Is the error i get after upgrading to 1.8.3
Can't reactivate after upgrade to 1.8.3

I guess you are running iQ2 as well. There also is an update for iQ2 and PhotoQ cannot be activated if the old iQ2 is running.
Just copy the new iQ2 version over the old one and everything should work.
