Hi
First off, I really need to thank you for creating such a WONDERFUL free tool for WP. Even premium themes don't offer a more convenient way to upload photos. Excellent work!
I am an amateur photographer and am in the process of creating my personal photo blog using PhotoQ (http://onexhub.com/alcantara/). PhotoQ works for the most part, so I searched the these forums for similar problems, but couldn't find any.
Facts:
1. OK - When uploading only a handful of pictures PhotoQ works perfect
2. OK - I am using the AutoFocus theme (for experimentation, not really sure what theme I'm going to use in the end).
3. OK - The website is running on WP 3.0.1, with PhotoQ 1.9 (on an IIS 7 server at Godaddy). This setup seems OK after tweaking the phpthumb.config based on info I found on your support forums.
3. ERROR - Either using the AutoConfiguration or Rebuild all will produce the message below.
======================== START ERR MESSAGE ========================
Updating following image sizes: thumbnail, main

Aborting batch processing due to following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function execute() on a non-object in D:\Hosting\3358824\html\wp-content\plugins\photoq-photoblog-plugin\classes\batch\PhotoQ_Batch_BatchProcessor.php on line 87

NOTE:
=====
- When I only had 10 pix it seemed to work fine even with the error.
- Now that I have 55 pix the homepage just has the infinite reloading animation on each pix with a big "?".
SPECIAL NOTE:
===============
- If I click on the REBUILD for EACH POST then the pictures will start to appear on the homepage for the post that was rebuilt. Weird huh?
I have over 15 years experience in ASP and Software Development so I'm no stranger to coding and fiddling around with config files. Unfortunately, I am only 2 months old when it comes to PHP and WordPress, so I hope you'll forgive me if I ask for some assistance. If you can point me in the right direction then I can try to figure it out myself, or I am also open to providing an admin account for my test site.
Again, thank you for the excellent plug-in and more power!
BR,
Rhoel
