The first problem did seem to be the "hide originals folder" bug. I believe you can reproduce it by using an auto configuration template with the option enabled. I'm sure it would have worked if not for the fact that the second problem interrupted the process.</p> <p>The second problem was due to my webserver running php as a cgi module and there being some permissions problems in the cache directories. Once I used PhotoQ's fix permissions option, all was well. I had the "Hide 'original' folder" option checked and for some reason, whenever I ran the rebuild process it kept changing the name of the folder. After unchecking the option and creating a bunch of symlinks, I at least have my thumbnails back.
