HI,
I'm trying to convert my actual photoblog (Pixelpost) to WP PhotoQ. I've tried differents themes and i'm quiet happy with autofocus .
Autofocus preset provided with photoq works fine with autofocus theme, but with the new version of autofocus theme (the free one), the image is shown twice in the single post view. (look at http://millesabords.net/blog4test/).
Does anyone already have solve this problem ? I don't understand if i need to make a preset to solve this problem and how.
Thanks a lot for your help.

I guess this is an iQ2 theme request. I'd like to give my users the option to get a bigger size than the iQ2 default. Or is there a way to do that already, using the different image sizes?

Thanks,
Erik.

Hi Manuel! It's been a long time since I have posted anything here... I hope you can offer some advice.

I have been using photoq and a generic theme for almost 3 years now. I would like to change to one of the themes that is integrated with your plugin, namely Viewport. In my current site, there are two main image folders - main and original. I assume that this is because I defined a different size photo for the website than the originals are posted in.

My question, I hope, is easy. What do I need to do to ensure a seamless transition? Can I just load the new theme and everything will update, or is there a process to bring the existing posts up to speed?

Giulio thinks:

Hy.
I am using PhotoQ with ViewPort and WordPress 3.0.1. Unfortunately, when I post the images, they all appear misplaced: basically, the overlap (as you can see in my website: http://www.35dpi.it/). Do you think it is because PhotoQ or ViewPort cannot work with WordPress 3.0.1? I did not resize the images, I just resampled them to 72dpi.
I would appreciate your help, since I want to publish a photoblog and both theme and plugin are very helpful.
Thanks very much.

All the best,

Hi !

Im wondering if it's possible to display the latest published post as the homepage of the PhotoQ blog instead of having a homepage with no details on the picture, and having to click somewhere, then only getting the latest photo with the full nav, comments and so on.

Basically like pixelpost behaves...

Thanks !

Hi--I love the plugin, but I am having problems getting both the comments on each page as well as the archives page to work.

The archives page loads each of the thumbnails but when I go to click on the thumbnail it takes me back to the main index page rather than the picture I selected.

The comments link doesn't seem to take me anywhere.

I'm running the latest versions of wordpress, the plugin and the theme.

http://www.timkelley.dreamhosters.com/

Thoughts?

By the way, I've been searching for a couple weeks for just the right theme and uploader plugin and this hit the nail on the head. Thanks!

I have a blog with one photo per page and post - wenedeux.com/blog . To switch between the posts one has to click on the "next"-arrow. But with the size of the pictures also changes the position of this arrow. So you cant just blindly click somewhere, just watching the photos.
That's why it would be cool if the image itself could link to the next post/picture. So this way you only would have to click somewhere on the picture. Even better: left side of the picture: previous post, right sight: next post.

Oh and thx for this great plugin!
