Can anyone offer any hints on this?</p> <p>Whenever anyone visits my site (www.davewilsonphotography.com) I get a WordPress warning email telling me that "A user tried to go to <a href="http://davewilsonphotography.com/user/perm_login?status" rel="nofollow">http://davewilsonphotography.com/user/perm_login?status</a> and received a 404 (page not found) error. It wasn't their fault, so try fixing it."</p> <p>I've grepped a copy of my site and can't find anywhere referencing "perm_login". I suspect this is some check to determine if a user is logged in but I have absolutely no idea what is going on.</p> <p>My version of PhotoQ is completely unaltered but I have made some minor edits to IQ2 file header.php, footer.php and styles.css via the WordPress Dashboard theme editor. This occurs immediately after the red upload status bar reaches the end of its travel (presumably indicating that all image data has been sent to the server). I've checked to ensure that I've not hit any storage limit (I haven't) and that I can still upload the image to the WordPress media library via the dashboard (I can). The only other thing that happened recently (but not since my last successful post) was that the server PHP and Apache versions were updated.</p> <p>Can anyone offer any hints as to what could be going on and what I can do to debug this? The site is still serving the existing images fine but I can't post my daily updates any more. </p>
