It seems that mod_security was added with the recent server upgrade and that was causing the problem. This occurs immediately after the red upload status bar reaches the end of its travel (presumably indicating that all image data has been sent to the server). I've checked to ensure that I've not hit any storage limit (I haven't) and that I can still upload the image to the WordPress media library via the dashboard (I can). The only other thing that happened recently (but not since my last successful post) was that the server PHP and Apache versions were updated.</p> <p>Can anyone offer any hints as to what could be going on and what I can do to debug this?
