About the Chinese file name, I have found that when i set the encoding to BIG5, upload by ftp directory , everything is fine in the “Manage PhotoQ – Upload” page, I can see the file name correctly in Chinese, but later on when i press the button Import/Enter info, PhotoQ ingored those chinese words. what can i do for it ?

I am a fans of photoq, this plugin just save my life, I love to use it and my blog has successfully automatized.

it works fine but there is 2 error so far i faced. I tried to make a registration on your support forum but i can’t got the password email, even changed a new email and username and still no luck, so I send this email to you, I hope you can help me.

1 problem with the Chinese file name.

I can’t upload the photos with Chinese file name, it just give me an error and everything is not working when uploading those file, except i just change the English file name.

2 problem with the photo preview.

I got the blue background and red words in the photo preview when uploading, and edit area, but when i go to the blog everything is fine, it just not working in edit area. I had tried all solution you listed in the blog and forum and no luck. I have no .htaccess file inside my htdocs folder. when i add one and add a line about the php limit, it said there is something wrong with the database and no let me get in the wordpress, when i remove it, wordpress work again.

I am using windows + the latest xampp to host the wp, and everything is the latest version. I have imagemagick installed and the photoq setting has shown no problem with the installation.

I can create a user for you to access if you like, please help me, I need your help!

you seem to be the only one with these problems. the forum seems fine. and i just checked the email address and everything is fine as well.

could you try to register again. also check your spam filter maybe the reply from the forum ended up there.

no, this is not possible. right now, photoq manages photos you upload to the server your wordpress install runs on.
