bule,

sorry for the late reply, even plugin authors sometimes go on vacation ;-). i have seen things like this before and they were due to the gd php library missing on the web server. are you sure your php installation has gd enabled? also are you using the latest photoq version (1.2.6) because 1.2.5 is not compatible with wp 2.6 ( note that i never tested photoq on wpmu ).

øyvind,

glad you like it, it's my favorite too ;-)

i didn't have time to test the watermarking stuff but i quickly checked and i believe it will work. you can try to insert the code in the file classes/PhotoQ.php in the function uploadPhoto just after the line that says

$file = $file['file'];

once you tried, please tell me whether it worked. thanks and good luck.

Hi Manu I am using your wonderful plugin at my new photoblog. It works perfectly and its my favourite pluin.

Now that all is working, I found Marekki's watermark plugin, there is some code we can insert in media.php when photo is uploaded to add watermark. But since I prefer PhotoQ'ing them media.php is not used. Can you help me where to insert his trigger (MM_Execute_WM($file,'');)?

His Watermark plugin : http://www.wp-watermark.com/installation

hello manu. thanks for sharing wonderful plugin.
i have the same problem commented by Daniel on May 23rd, 2008 at 4:51 pm.
something weird is that i CAN find original and resized thumbnail file in 'qdir' directory.
upload and image resize is successfully done but after clicking on enter info button, images disappear from the browser (empty queue) while the files on server's qdir directory are still exist.
any thought?

monika,

right now photoq is not really able to deal with multiple users, i.e., there is only one single queue, not one queue per user and posts posted via photoq are all posted as the same user, the one you are selecting in the photoq settings. however, any user with the correct rights should be able to post photos only they won't show up under his name but under the name of the user selected in settings.

Hi Manu

I have a blog with four authors, all are admins and all are allowed to published photos via your plugin,

but now we can't do this, because I have to select one author`s name, but there are four names :(

What can I do to disable this authors selection?

Or is there another way to solve this problem?

thanks a lot
Monika
